01 What you get

Everything a small business site needs, and nothing it does not.

One flat price covers the whole build. No line items added on later for things that should have been there from the start.

A design made for you

Built from your work, your photos and your service area. No stock layout everyone in your trade is already using.

Words written for you

Copy for every page is included. You talk, I write it. You are not left staring at an empty page.

Up to five pages

Usually home, services, about, gallery and contact. We settle the exact pages before I start.

Right on every screen

Phones first, since that is where most of your customers will find you, then tablet and desktop.

A contact form that works

Goes straight to your inbox, spam filtered, with your phone number tap to call on mobile.

Found on Google

Page titles, descriptions, sitemap and your Google Business Profile connected to the new site.

Fast pages

Photos resized and compressed, no bloated page builder underneath. Pages load in about a second.

Launch and handoff

I point your domain, check every link, then send you a written walkthrough so you know what you own and where it lives.

02 How it works

Three steps, and a real site in your hands by day three.

Step one

Send me the goods

Text, email or call, whichever is easiest. Your services, your photos, your service area and what you want the site to bring in. I come back with the price and a start date, usually the same day.

Step two

A preview in 72 hours

Three days in, you get a private link to a real working site you can click through on your phone. Not a PDF mockup, not a screenshot. You see the thing itself before most shops have returned your first email.

Step three

Finished in 7 to 10 days

Your changes go in while I build, so you watch it come together instead of waiting in the dark. When you approve it, the balance is due, I point your domain and hand over every login.

03 Pricing

One price. Two ways to pay it.

Same site either way. Paying in full up front saves you fifty dollars.

Option A

$550 paid in full

Best price

One payment before work starts. Fifty dollars off the standard price, and nothing else to think about until launch day.

Pay $550 and start

Card, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer.

Option B

$600 split in two

Half now, half at launch

$300 to begin, $300 once you have approved the finished site and before it goes to your domain.

Pay $300 and start

The other $300 is invoiced after you approve the site.

Add on Rush delivery, flat $150 Brings the build down to 5 to 8 days instead of 7 to 10. Ask for it up front and you get the date before any money changes hands.

Included in both

  • Up to five pages
  • Custom design, no template
  • All copy written for you
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Contact form to your inbox
  • Basic on page SEO
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Changes folded in as I build
  • Launch to your domain
  • Handoff notes and logins

Plain terms

  • The first payment is non refundable and work starts when it clears. It covers the hours that go in before you ever see the site.
  • Rush delivery is a flat $150 on top. That brings the build to 5 to 8 days instead of 7 to 10. Say so when you get in touch and I will give you the exact date before anything starts.
  • Changes after launch are $75 a round, not an hourly bill. Send everything you want changed in one batch and that batch is one round, whether it is a phone number or a whole new page of text.
  • Extra pages or new features are quoted in writing before any work happens, so you always see the number first.
  • Hosting is free for a site this size and set up in your name. If your site outgrows the free tier I will tell you before it costs you anything.
  • A domain runs about $12 to $20 a year, paid straight to the registrar, registered in your name. I never hold your domain.
  • No monthly fee, no maintenance contract, no lock in. When the site is delivered we are square.

04 Straight answers

The questions everybody asks first.

How long does it really take?

Seven to ten days for most sites, counted from when I have your photos and details. You see a working preview at the 72 hour mark either way. Need it sooner? A flat $150 rush brings the finish down to 5 to 8 days.

Do we have to get on a call?

No. Text or email handles the whole thing, start to finish, and it is faster for both of us. Call if you want to, but nothing here requires it.

What do you need from me?

Your services, hours, service area, any photos and a logo if you have one. Text it over in pieces as you find it, that works fine.

Do I actually own it?

Yes. Domain and hosting are registered in your name, and the files are yours once the final payment clears. Nothing is rented from me.

I already have a site. Can you move it?

Yes. I rebuild it and switch it over so there is no downtime and your existing pages keep their place in search.

Can I update it myself later?

Yes, and the handoff notes show you how. If you would rather I do it, changes are $75 a round. Send them all in one batch and that is one price, no clock running and no retainer.

Do you build online stores?

Yes. Booking links, payment buttons and quote forms are easy and go in at no extra cost. A full store with inventory is straightforward too, it is just quoted separately because it adds pages and setup. Text me what you sell and you will have a number the same day.

What if I do not like it?

You see a working version at 72 hours, not at the end, so direction gets fixed early. Changes go in as I build, within the pages and scope we agreed, at no extra cost.

Where are you based?

I work with businesses anywhere in the United States. The whole thing runs over phone, text and email.
