Privacy policy
Websites Fast is a sole proprietorship operating in the United States. This policy explains what information is collected when you contact me or hire me, what it is used for, and who else sees it. The short version: I collect only what is needed to do the work and get paid, and I do not sell it.
What is collected
- Information you send me. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever details, photos and files you share for the project.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. I never see or store your full card number. I see only the name, email, amount and the last four digits on the receipt.
- Basic site data. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies set by this site.
How it is used
To answer your question, quote your project, build and launch your site, send invoices and receipts, and keep the records required for taxes. That is all.
Who it is shared with
Only the services needed to deliver the work, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe for payment processing and invoicing.
- Cloudflare for hosting this site and, if you hire me, yours.
- Your domain registrar if you ask me to help set up a domain in your name.
- Email providers that carry messages between us.
Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and it is never given to advertisers or list brokers. It is disclosed otherwise only if required by law.
How long it is kept
Project files and correspondence are kept for the life of the project and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need something restored. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask me to delete your project files at any time once the project is finished.
Your choices
Email signup@getwebsitesfast.com to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I will respond within thirty days. There is no marketing list here, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Children
This is a business to business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top.
